Administration and management

Municipality Finance's Board of Directors consists of a minimum of five and a maximum of eight members. The term of Board members concludes at the end of the Annual General Meeting following their election.

The Board elects from among its number a Chairman and Vice Chairman.

Board of Directors

At Municipality Finance's Annual General Meeting of 23 March 2011, the following persons were elected to the Board of Directors:

Acting management

The company has a Managing Director appointed by the Board of Directors and a Deputy Managing Director. The Managing Director is Pekka Averio and the Deputy Managing Director is Esa Kallio.

Municipality Finance's Management Group consists of four persons:

Toni Heikkilä, Senior Vice President, Risk Management
Marjo Tomminen, Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Development

Auditors

The company has one auditor. The auditor must be an Authorised Public Accountant approved by the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland. The auditor's term of office concludes at the end of the first Annual General Meeting following his election.

Municipality Plc's auditor is KPMG Oy Ab, with Chartered Accountant Raija-Leena Hankonen as the principal auditor.
