Municipality Finance issues a NOK 500 million tap and a NOK 1 billion tap under its MTN programme

On 14 January 2022 Municipality Finance Plc issues new tranches to existing series of notes. The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 40 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular and the supplemental offering circular are available in English on the company’s website at www.munifin.fi/investor-relations.

MuniFin has applied for both of the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 14 January 2022. The existing notes in both series are admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

NOK 500 million notes tap

Municipality Finance issues a new tranche in an amount of NOK 500 million to an existing series of notes issued on 13 January 2021. With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the notes is NOK 2.5 billion. The maturity date is 13 January 2026 and the notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Nibor plus 1.50% per annum.

DNB Bank acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.

NOK 1 billion tap

Municipality Finance issues a new tranche in an amount of NOK 1 billion to an existing series of notes issued on 11 January 2022. With the new tranche, the aggregate nominal amount of the notes is NOK 3.5 billion. The maturity date is 11 January 2027 and the notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Nibor plus 1.50% per annum.

Danske Bank acts as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.
