Our disclosure principles
In our disclosures, we adhere to laws, supervisory guidelines and the rules of the stock exchanges in which our bonds are listed.
Stock exchange releases
MuniFin’s bonds are listed on the London Stock Exchange, Nasdaq Helsinki and SIX Swiss. Our stock exchange releases are published through all of them whenever necessary. Our home member state for the disclosure of periodic information is Finland.

Financial calendar
Every year, MuniFin publishes its financial statements, a financial statements bulletin, an annual report and a half year report. The financial calendar includes the planned publication dates for MuniFin Group’s financial reports.
